Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any issues, concerns or questions, I will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issue.
- All returns must be received within 14 days from your date of receipt and be in original condition in order to receive a refund.
- Refunds for the items full price minus the shipping costs will be issued once the return has been received in the same condition you received it as. Shipping costs associated with any returned or exchanged item are the full responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed via the manner of original payment and does not include the original non-refundable shipping costs or return shipping costs.
- All items are packaged with great care. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact me immediately. I want to make sure every item you receive is of the highest quality.
- Exchanges are accepted if the items are in original good condition. To begin the process email me and I will send you the return address. After I receive the returned piece I will mail you the exchanged item. Depending on the cost of the exchange I will adjust accordingly. If it cost less I will refund you the difference and if it cost more I will send an invoice for the difference.
